What is Dream.Jewelry?+
We create one-of-a-kind fine jewelry. You design your piece with our AI quiz, our master jewelers refine and craft it in solid gold and lab-grown diamonds, and you receive a piece that exists nowhere else in the world.
What does it cost?+
Most custom pieces fall between $900 and $4,000 depending on metal, stone size, and complexity. You'll get an exact quote before anything is made — no surprises, no obligation to proceed.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?+
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is chemically, optically, and physically identical to a mined diamond — same hardness, same sparkle. It's just grown in a lab instead of mined. Every stone is IGI-certified.
The AI design process
How does the AI design quiz work?+
You answer 8-9 quick questions about style, stone, and metal. Our system generates four design directions tailored to your answers in seconds. You pick a favorite — then a real human jeweler takes over.
Will my finished piece look exactly like the AI image?+
The AI image shows the style direction. Our master jeweler then creates a production-ready 3D model, adapting it for flawless craftsmanship and durability. You'll approve a real render of the actual piece before we make anything — so you know exactly what you're getting.
Can I tweak a design I like?+
Absolutely. You can regenerate, adjust your answers, or tell us in plain words what to change. Once you reserve a design, our jeweler works with you directly to perfect it.
Making & shipping
How long does it take?+
Custom pieces are crafted in as little as 72 hours once your design is approved, thanks to our in-house production. Shipping within the US adds 1-3 business days, fully insured and free.
How do I know my ring size?+
We include a simple sizing guide, and for engagement rings we can ship a free plastic sizer first. If a ring doesn't fit, your first resize is on us.
Do you ship outside the US?+
At launch we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming — join our list to be notified.
Returns & care
What's your return policy?+
Because each piece is made uniquely for you, custom orders are final sale once approved — but you approve the exact render before we make it, so there are no surprises. Ready-to-ship collection pieces have a 30-day return window.
Is there a warranty?+
Yes. Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects for one year, including free cleaning and one complimentary resize.
Who makes my jewelry?+
Everything is designed and crafted in our Florida atelier by experienced master jewelers. Your master model is destroyed after casting, and your piece ships with a signed Certificate of Uniqueness.
