Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free and fully insured on every order.

• Custom pieces: crafted in as little as 72 hours after you approve the final render, then 1-3 business days in transit.
• Collection pieces: ship within 1-2 business days, then 1-3 business days in transit.
• A signature is required on delivery for security. You'll receive tracking by email.

Returns

Collection (ready-to-ship) pieces: return within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition for a full refund. Email jim@dream.jewelryto start a return and we'll send a prepaid, insured label.

Custom pieces: because each is made uniquely for you and cannot be resold, approved custom orders are final sale. You approve a render of the exact piece before we make it, so there are no surprises. If a piece arrives damaged or materially differs from the approved render, we will repair or remake it at no cost.

Resizing & warranty

Every piece includes one complimentary resize within the first year and a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including free cleaning.
