Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dream.jewelry(the "Site") and any purchase of products or services from Olivia Star Jewelry LLC d/b/a Dream.Jewelry ("Dream.Jewelry", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Olivia Star Jewelry LLC, doing business as Dream.Jewelry, located in Florida, USA. You can reach us at jim@dream.jewelry.

2. AI-generated design previews

Our design tool uses artificial intelligence to generate visual previews based on your answers. These previews illustrate a style direction only. They are not photographs of a finished product and may not be reproducible exactly as shown.

Every custom piece is adapted by our jewelers into a production-ready design. You will be shown and asked to approve a render of the actual piece before we manufacture it. By approving that render you accept it as the basis for your order.

3. Custom orders, deposits, and final sale

Custom pieces are made to order specifically for you. A deposit may be required to begin design work. Because custom pieces cannot be resold, approved custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, except where a piece materially differs from the approved render or arrives damaged.

Ready-to-ship collection pieces may be returned under our Shipping & Returns policy.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping destination. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card details.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, our brand, content, and the designs we produce are owned by Olivia Star Jewelry LLC. When you submit text, symbols, or references through our design tool, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us a license to use them to fulfill your order.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or the design tool, including submitting unlawful, infringing, or offensive content, or attempting to generate designs that copy third-party trademarks or protected works.

7. Warranties and limitation of liability

We craft each piece with care and warrant it against manufacturing defects for one year. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. The Site and services are provided "as is".

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
